Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with 8 oz. (250 ml) of water on an empty stomach. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.

- Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition.

This product has come into contact with milk and soy. Do not use this product if you have a milk or soy allergy. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have or are predisposed to cancer; if you have diabetes; if you suffer from an immune disorder (e.g. Crohns disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erytthematosus, HIV/Aids etc.), asthma, are taking immunosuppressants or have severe allergies; if you have a liver or kidney disease or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet. Not suitable for a person with an allergy to cow's milk.
