Vitamin B3, or niacin, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose (sugar), which is then used as fuel for your body. Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule daily with meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Cautions
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Do not exceed the recommended dose except on the advice of a physician. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides (e.g. digitalis or digoxin) or blood-pressure medication, or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
