Suggested Usage
Adult Males take 1 softgel with each meal (3 daily), or as directed by healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, ulcers, melanoma, or nervous disorders, Parkinson's disease or any psychosis. Store in a cool dry area.
