- Carline thistle root (Carlina acaulis)5g
- Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare)8g

- Manna (Fraxinus ornus)10g
- Myrrh (Commiphora molmol)3g
- Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium)5g
- Rhubarb root10g
- Senna pods (Cassia senna)5g
- Zedoary (Curcuma zedoaria)10g
Dosage
Empty contents of package into a wide necked bottle containing 750ml vodka. Shake daily. After 8 days, strain through a clean cheese cloth of fine mesh. Shake the bottle before using.
Free of all common allergens, including: wheat, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, and yeast.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you 1) are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance 2) have a kidney disorder or are taking cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications 3) have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you 1) are pregnant or breastfeeding 2) are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/carrot family 3) have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, acute stomach irritation/inflammation, stomach or duodenal ulcer, inflammatory colon disease (e.g. Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, haemorrhoids or diarrhoea. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea.
