Medicinal Ingredients: - Free plant sterols (Glycine max) (96 mg beta-sitosterols, 48 mg stigmasterols,  48 mg campesterols) 240 mg - D-Galacto-L-arabinan (Larix occidentalis) 206 mg - Zinc (zinc citrate) 175 mcg

Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 4 capsules daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
