Medicinal ingredients: - Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 150 IU - Calcium (bone meal/300 mg dibasic calcium phosphate/calcium carbonate)  - Phosphorus (bone meal/dibasic calcium phosphate) 150 mg - Magnesium (magnesium aspartate/oxide) 150 mg - Manganese (manganese citrate) 10 mg - Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs complex) 30 mcg - Vanadium (vanadium Krebs complex) 50 mcg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Recommended Dosage: 

Adults: Take two capsules daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Children under 12:  One capsule one to two times daily with meals.
