Spirulina and Chlorella are freshwater forms of algae that rank among the most complete nutritional sources available. These aquatic organisms harness the suns energy and assimilate virtually every vitamin and mineral essential for excellent health and well being.
Certified organic spirulina is an excellent, cholesterol free source of essential amino acids. Spirulina also contains carotenoids that serve as precursors for the synthesis of vitamin A. Lipid levels of approximately 7% include Gamma linoleic acid (GLA) and Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA) that help normalize cholesterol levels. Vitamins and minerals in Spirulina include vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and critical trace elements such as chromium, magnesium and zinc.
Certified organic chlorella is a complete and natural source of amino acids, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements including magnesium and zinc. Suggested Use
Adults ≥ 19 years old: Take 4 capsules three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
