Medicinal ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Soy isoflavone extract (Glycine max) standardized to 40 mg AIE of total isoflavones 100 mg
Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root & rhizome extract standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides 80 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: * Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose:
Menopausal and post-menopausal women take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Recommended Use:
May reduce severe and frequent menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and/or night sweats.
Caution:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness or if you experience a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have a liver disorder, are taking blood thinners, are taking hormone replacement (including thyroid), or have a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease, including ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids. If you develop abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine, or if symptoms persist or worsen consult a healthcare practitioner. Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond one year. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
