Recommended Adult Dose
Take two teaspoons 1-2 times daily with meals or as recommended by your health care practitioner. If preferred, Berry EFA Plus can be mixed with juice or water.

Suggested Use
Fish oils are notably difficult to swallow because of the fishy after-taste. Berry EFA Plus is the most delicious way for children (or adults) to take their Omega-3 Fish Oils. This product has been independently tested to ensure the absence of detectable levels of mercury and other heavy metals, PAH's, PCB's and dioxins. Berry EFA can be taken directly from the spoon or mixed into water, fruit juice, milk or any type of smoothie.
This product can help stem symptoms of cardiovascular disorders including hypertriglyceremia and congestive heart disease; for neurovegetative conditions and for free radical damage, cataracts and premature aging.
