Period of intake
Taking Meno Concept Soya must be made according to your excessive periods of hot flashes. This means that if your hot flashes are in the night, you will take Meno Concept Soya before going to bed, and if you experience them in the morning, you will take Meno Concept Soya at breakfast time.
Quantity to be taken
Pre menopause and early menopause: Follow basic dosage, or 2 capsules per day.
Advanced Menopause: Take 4 to 6 capsules per day. Return to 2 Capsules per day when you obtain the results that you desire.
Following the intake of natural or synthetic hormones: Take 3 capsules three distinct periods of the day. A total of 9 capsules per day. Decrease gradually when the hot flashes disappear until you are at you personal daily dosage.
