Medicinal ingredients:Flax seed (Linum usitatissimum) ...430 mg;
Senna leaf (Folium sennae) ...129 mg;
Buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula) ...11 mgNon-medicinal ingredients: Talc, sugar cane, calcium carbonate, acacia gum, red and black iron oxide, calcium lactate, vanillin and ginger oil.
Dosage
Adults: take 1 teaspoon (4 g) at bedtime, followed by a large glass of water. Swallow without chewing.
Cautions
Do not use in presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine since the beneficial effect of the other medicine could be reduced. Overuse or prolonged use may result in intestinal function dependency. Do not take any type of laxative for more than one week without consulting a healthcare practitioner. Avoid taking in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients of the product.
