Suggested Use
Adults :
Take one packet (1 Phyto Multi, 1 OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 720, 2 Healthy Transformation Weight Management) twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
