This extract is used in traditional herbalism to help relieve catarrh of the respiratory, digestive and genitourinary mucous membranes.
Ingredients
- Goldenseal Hydrastis canadensis Root and rhizome fresh Organic
- Alcohol (65%) Ethanol Plant source Organic
Suggested Use
Children (2-4 years) : 5 drops (0.25 ml), 2-3 times per day.
Children (5-9 years) : 7 drops (0.37 ml), 2-3 per day.
Children (10-14 years) : 15 drops (0.75 ml), 2-3 per day.
Adults (15 years and older) : 30 drops (1.5 ml), 2-3 per day.
Begin with small doses to ensure that you have no reaction to the herbs.
Dilute the glycerite in a mouthful of water.
Do not mix with milk.
Shake well before use.
Cautions
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you have hypertension or kidney failure.
Use for short treatment periods (maximum 15 days)
Prolonged use can decrease vitamin B absorption
