Suggested Use

For external use: use the herbal tea as a lotion or compress on wounds.

Infusion: Pour a liter of cold water over 1 or 2 tbsp. tablespoon of dried plant, boil for two minutes and let infuse for ten minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups of infusion per day.
