Composition

Each tablet contains:Medicinal Ingredients:Extract of fresh Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica, herb top) (ratio 25:1) 125 mg, equivalent to 3 125 mg dried herb;
Extract of fresh Millet (Panicum miliaceum, seed) (ratio 2.6: 1) 125 mg, equivalent to 325 mg dried seed;
Brewer’s yeast powder (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, whole cell fungus) 125 mg; 
Zinc powder (Zinc citrate) 3 mg.Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cottonseed oil hydrogenated, magnesium stearate, glycerol.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 tablet, 2 times daily with water and food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have thyroid disease. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Do not use if you have cardiac or renal edema. Do not use if you are allergic to yeast products. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. May cause migraine-like headaches in sensitive individuals.
