Recommended dose
Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag (1.9 g) in 150-250 ml of boiling water.
Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you 1) are pregnant or breastfeeding 2) are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae / Compositae / Apiaceae / carrot family 3) are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolytes imbalance 4) have hypokalemia, high blood pressure or a kidney/ cardiovascular/ liver disorder 5) have gastrointestinal ulcers. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
