Cautions
If you are on insulin treatment or taking oral hypoglycemic agents, have high blood pressure, kidney or liver conditions, or are pregnant or lactating, consult a health care practitioner before taking this product. Cautions
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are attempting to conceive. Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam. Do not use if you have liver or gall bladder disease, and/or bowel obstruction, alcoholism, and/or taking acetaminophen. Do not use if you have acid reflux, stomach or intestinal ulcers.
- Do not take additional vanadyl sulfate without consulting a Health Care Professional. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes; a heart condition or taking any heart or blood pressure medication. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner, if you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia including feeling of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder. Consult a health care practitioner if you see signs of decreased fluid and food uptake, dehydration, and reduced body weight gain. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar).
- Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. May cause irritation of the gastric mucous membranes, reflux or gastro-intestinal disturbance.
