Biotin (also called vitamin B7) is a critical water-soluble vitamin present in small concentrations in foods such as eggs, milk, and bananas. It serves as a building block for enzymes which drive nutrient metabolism and helps maintain cognitive performance and mucous membranes as well as healthy hair, skin, and nails.
Each vegetable capsule contains:
- Biotin : 10 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Suggested Use
- Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
- Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
