Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily with or without food.

Cautions

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, or if you have a history of kidney stones, or if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking prescription medications. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.

Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).

Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, may cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps).
