Product Details
The vitamin K is essential for a good use of the calcium. Thanks to the activation of the protein ostéocalcine, the vitamin K allows to bind the calcium recently absorbed in the mineral matrix in the bone. Furthermore, the vitamin K helps to maintain the osseous mineral density by decreasing the activity of ostéoclastes, cells responsible for the degradation of the osseous matrix. So, not only the vitamin K and the vitamin D share similar qualities, they also act in symbiosis inside the body.
