Theanine is an amino acid from tea for enhanced relaxation. It promotes relaxation, focus, and memory. It also supports a healthy stress response, enhances brain GABA production (a brain chemical that acts like a brake during times of runaway stress) and enhances brain alpha-wave activity – a sign of relaxation.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.
