St Mary's Thistle (Milk Thistle) has been traditionally used as a liver protectant.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients : - Milk Thistle seeds 1:1 extract from Silybum marianum fruit (contains silymarin not less than 25 mg/mL)

Other Ingredients: purified water and 70% alcohol.

Suggested Use

Dilute 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon) in water or juice once per day, or as directed.

Weekly Dosage: 30 to 60 mL

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have impaired liver function. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use 7 days prior to general anesthesia.
