One of Nature’s most resilient herbs, “golden root” is revered in Europe and Asia, where it is called an “elixir for life.” Rhodiola was part of folk life in Siberia and Mongolia, where it was used for medicine, rituals, and trade. When cut, the Rhodiola rhizome has a fragrant smell of roses, which accounts for Rhodiola sometimes being called “roseroot.”
Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 2 capsule once per day.
Recommended duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond duration of 3 weeks.

Medicinal ingredients : - Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) (root) hydroethanolic extract (min. 15 mg total rosavins and min. 5.4 mg salidrosides) 300 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Rice bran, maltodextrin and modified cellulose (capsule).
Naturally gluten free.
Cautions and warnings
Nausea, vomiting, and GI stress has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
Discontinue use if you experience an allergic reaction.
