The Rosaea Rhodiola, also known as stonecrop pink, rhodiola and golden root, is a plant of arctic flora that grows in Northern Europe, Scandinavia, Lapland, Russia, in northern Canada and Alaska. It gives strength and energy to people recovering from prolonged illness. It can be used to fight infections, increase physical endurance and increase concentration in moments of intense mental activity.

Dosage
One to three capsules, two to three times a day, or two to four capsules before training, or as recommended by a health professional.
