Medicinal Ingredient:
Each tea bag contains 1.5g dried leaf of Rubus idaeus (Raspberry).
Suggested Use
Recommended Dose (Adults):
1 tea bag, 1 to 3 times per day as infusion. (Infuse in one cup of boiling water for 5 minutes).

Not recommended for long term use.
Cautions/Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have hormonesensitive conditions, such as breast, uterine or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids.
Contraindications:
Do not use in pregnancy prior to 32 weeks gestation; if you have iron deficiency anemia or inflammation or ulceration of the gastro-intestinal tract; if you have a history ofprecipitate labor.
Known Adverse Reaction:
May stimulate uterine contractions.
