Recommended dose
Adults (as a diuretic): Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, once in early morning and once in late evening, on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water.
Adults (as a urinary tract antiseptic): Take 2 capsules twice daily, once in early morning and once in late evening, on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water.
Drink at least 4-6 glasses of water daily while taking this product.
