Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
325 mg Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, extract 4:1) equivalent to 1300 mg dried herb top.
175 mg Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, extract 4:1) equivalent to 700 mg dried herb top.
100 mg Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, extract 4:1) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb top.
Non-medicinal ingredients: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose.
Suggested Use
Dosage (adults 18 years and older) Take 1 to 2 capsules per day 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a health care practitioner physician if symptoms persist or worsen.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
