INGREDIENTS

Burdock Root (arctium lappa), white oak bark (quercus alba), plantain herb (plantago spp.), comfrey leaf (symphytum offinalis), black walnut Hulls (Juglans nigra), marshmallow root, white willow bark, red root ceanothus americanus, mint.

DIRECTIONS

Add one teaspoon per cup. Simmer 5 to 8 minutes, set aside and let steep 10 to 15 minutes.
