Suggested Use

Take 1 gelcap two to three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.

Ingredients

One Gelcap Contains:

Medicinal ingredients: - Phosphatidylcholine 420 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (bovine), Purified Water and Glycerin (vegetable source) gelcap.

Phosphatidylcholine from a Soy Phosphatide Complex containing phosphatidylcholine and other naturally occurring components, such as cephalin (phosphatidylethanolamine), phosphatidylinositol (phosphoinositides), and related phosphorus-containing lipids.

Contains ingredient derived from soy.

Cautions

This product is contraindicated in an individual with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.

Phosphatidyl Choline contains an ingredient derived from soy (phosphatidylcholine and soy phosphatide complex). Phosphatidyl Choline contains no soy protein.
