How it works
The soluble dietary fibre in PGX absorbs water and expands, substantially increasing the volume of meals without significantly increasing the calories. You feel full sooner, which helps you eat less. PGX also slows the absorption of carbohydrates by increasing the viscosity (thickness) of food in your digestive tract. Protein promotes weight loss in various ways. Cautions

Hypersensi tivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case dicontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner). May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as temporary gas, bloating, constipation and abdominal pain. Consult a physician prior to use if you have liver or kidney disease.
