Suggested Use
Adults: Mix 36 g (approx. 1 scoop) in 240 ml (8 oz) of water or any other beverage per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. PaleoComplete may be blended into a shake if desired. PaleoComplete is not intended to be the sole source of calories, but rather to be used as part of an overall program of healthy eating. Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents/blood thinners or anti inflammatory agents, or are having surgery. Take separately from products containing caffeine. May result in weight gain. If you have a milk allergy, do not use this product. Headaches, heartburn, bloating and allergy have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience diarrhea.
