Each tablet contains:

Valerian root extract (4:1) ( Valeriana officinalis) (100 mg)

Seed oats ( Avena sativa ) ( 100 mg )

Extract of hops ( Humulus lupulus ) ( 2:1 ) ( 100 mg )

Skullcap ( Scutellaria lateriflora ) (100 mg)

Black cohosh ( Actaea racemosa or Cimicifuga racemosa) (75 mg)

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate ) (50 mg)

dosage

One to three tablets three times a day with water or as recommended by a healthcare professional .
