Recommended Use

Used in herbal medicine to help promote a healthy mood and relieve restlessness or nervousness.##### Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.##### Contraindications

Do not use if you are taking anti-cancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressants, anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressants, contraceptives, or health products affecting blood coagulation such as blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, or vitamin E, as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants, opiates, or medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, seizures, or anxiety. ##### Side Effects

Hypersensitivity has been known to occur - discontinue use if so. May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness, or headaches.
