Melatonin Spray helps to increase the total sleep time in those suffering from sleep restrictions or altered sleep schedules, providing a more restful and restorative sleep. In addition, melatonin has strong antioxidant properties and helps support immune system strength, especially as your body rest and recoveries during sleep. Suggested Use
Take three sprays orally, once daily at or before bedtime, or as recommended by a health care practitioner.
Cautions
Do not drive or use machinery for five hours after taking melatonin.
