Medicinal ingredients: - Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 100 IU - Calcium (calcium carbonate/aspartate) 200 mg - Magnesium (magnesium oxide/aspartate) 400 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, shellac.
Recommended Adult Dose:
Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Children under 12: One tablet two times daily with meals.
Guaranteed to contain no added wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, artificial coloring or flavoring or dairy products.
Quality Assurance Tamper-resistant package. Do not use if outer seal is missing or broken. Store in a cool, dry place.
Suggested Use
Mag Cal Formula 2 provides aspartic acid chelated magnesium and calcium in a 2:1 ratio, specifically formulated to assist with efficient muscle contraction and relaxation. Studies show that magnesium is required in greater quantities to prevent muscle fibrillation and cramping during prolonged periods of physical activity, and is a natural calmative for both the cardiovascular and nervous systems. Muscle cramping may be caused by a high level of calcium molecules in the muscle.
Magnesium acts in conjunction with other cellular mechanisms to remove excess calcium from muscle and restore it to a more relaxed state.
Cautions
