Each Drop Contains
Medicinal ingredients: - Iodine (potassium iodide/ kelp) 150 mcg
Other ingredients: Glycerin, purified water, alfalfa extract, dulse extract.
Recommended Adult Dose:
Take one drop three times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Children under 12: One drop one to two times daily with meals.

Suggested Use
Liquid Iodine provides a high concentration of organic iodine, derived from kelp and seaweed, in a glycerine suspension for maximum absorption and utilization, and assists with proper function of the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland requires iodine to synthesize thyroxine and tri-iodothyronine. Research indicates that following illness, glandular function is disturbed, especially the thyroid gland which regulates metabolism.
Cautions
If you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT); or if you are taking blood thinners or birth control medication, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus, do not use.
