Suggested Use

For Internal Use : Boil ½-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Lemongrass tea in 8-12 oz. of water. Add more tea for a more robust flavor depending on how strong you prefer your tea. Enjoy the tea as is or add natural sweetener, lemon or ginger. Grate fresh ginger into the tea for more intensity. Naturally sweeten the tea with ¼ - ½ teaspoon of Organic Traditions Stevia Powder, 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Coconut Palm Sugar or 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Yacon Syrup. Add some Organic Traditions Goji Berries, Longan Berries, Black or White Mulberries or Raisins to add a hint of natural sweetness. Add 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Vanilla powder, Organic Traditions Slippery Elm powder, Organic Traditions Gotu Kola powder or Organic Traditions Ashwagandha powder for added benefits. Cool the tea to create a refreshing iced tea with a squeeze of lemon and ice or use as a base liquid in smoothies.

For External Use : Use the liquid as a healthy hair and scalp rinse or as a mildly astringent, refreshing facial toner for oily, sensitive skin.

Storage Information: Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
