Suggested Use

Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications. As a source of antioxidants and curcuminoids: Take 2 capsules twice daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. To help relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis: Take 3 capsules twice daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 3 months, consult a health care practitioner.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cystinuria, kidney stones, liver condition, gallstones or bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, or excess stomach acid. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents due to increased risk of bleeding, or prescription medication, as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications.
