Organic black tea leaf.

For an inspired cup of tea

Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
Pour over a bag of Flora® Imperial Black Tea and steep 2-3 minutes to desired strength.
Squeeze bag gently and remove.
Hot or iced, this is a sublime thirst-quencher.

Warnings

Black tea side effects may occur: agitation, sleep disorder, constipation (when bowel problems if consumed several cups a day).

Against-indication of black tea: heart problems (due to caffeine content)
