Recommended dose
Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag in 150-250 ml of boiling water.
Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes.
Drink 1 cup of tea 3 times daily.

Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
