Vitex Agnus-Castus is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms, as a hormone normaliser to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities, and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes. Contains calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium for the maintenance of good health. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a health diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

2 tabs 2 times daily
Cautions
- Take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen and prior to use if you are taking hormone medications such as progesterone, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking anti-coagulant or antiplatelet drugs such as warfarin. Do not use if you have bleeding tendencies or heavy menstruation. Discontinue use if you develop any sensitivity to the formula. Some people may experience diarrhoea. Keep out of reach of children.
