Suggested Use
As a poultice or plaster spread a 1 to 2cm thick layer of green clay directly on to the skin and leave on for 1 or 2 hours. Tou can also place a 2 cm layer of green clay paste inside a thin cloth fold in the 4 corners. Apply this plaster to the desired area. In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and discard. Cleanse with lukewarm water Why not also try Argiletz granulated or finely ground green clay?
