Suggested Use
Make a decoction of the plant at the rate of one teaspoon of powder per cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer gently in a covered pan for 20 minutes. Let cool and rest for 10 minutes. Strain the lukewarm liquid into a cup (leaving the powder in the bottom of the pan). Take a cup 2-3 times a day.
