California Poppy acts as a mild sedative and analgesic and is effective in treating anxiety and conditions in which anxiety plays a significant role.
It is also used to soothe a disturbed sleep.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): California Poppy tops (Eschscholzia californica) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Dosage
Adults: Take 0.3-1.2 ml (9-36 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
For use as a sleep aid, the full daily dose of 0.9-3.6 ml (27-108 drops) can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
Take an additional dose of 0.9-3.6 ml earlier in the evening if necessary.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant.
