No injunction can help us, it's true. Telling someone "calm down" only makes us more nervous.

Don't try to be calm or relax. Just be where you are as you are. If you feel a lot of pressure, don't try to experience something else. You won't be able to. But really be where you are in this tension. In general we tend to observe, judge, elaborate on what happens to us. We don't experience it at all. And it blocks the natural process.
