Childen under 6 months of age = Consult a health care practitioner before using this product. Children 6 months to 1 year = Dissolve 2 tablets in water and take one teaspoon every 15 minutes for 4 doses, then hourly for up to 12 doses until relieved. Children 1-3 years = dissolve 3 tablets in water and take one teaspoon every 15 minutes for 4 doses, then hourly for up to 12 doses until relieved. Hyland's Tiny Cold Tablets are very soft and will dissove almost instantly in the mouth.
