Trophic Digest aid helps the body soothe irritations of the gastrointestinal tract and aids in the proper absorption and utilization of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. It prevents indigestion, nausea and flatulence when taken with meals and is effective in promoting healthy gallbladder function.
Each tablet contains:
Medicinal ingredients : - Bile Salts (from ox bile) 100 mg - Lipase (from Aspergillus niger) 10 mg/120 FCC LU - Stem Bromelain (from Ananas comosus stem) 10 mg/360000 FCC PU - Trypsin (from porcine pancreas) 10 mg/750 USP - Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) (flower) 10 mg - Charcoal (Activated Carbon) 10 mg - Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis L.) (root) 10 mg
Non medicinal ingredients : Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, coating solution.
Directions:
Adults, take one tablet daily with each meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Recommended Use: Aids in indigestion.
Cautions and Warnings:
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea or other symptoms of appendicitis.
No added yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, sugar, artificial colors or preservatives. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Précautions
Consult a health care practitioner if symptom persist or worsen. If you have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/ blood thinner or an anti-inflammatory, or are having surgery, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner if you have kidney disorder, or if you have blood pressure problems. Consumption of Golden seal with alcohol, and other medications and /or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea or other symptoms of appendicitis. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea have been known to occur in which case discontinue to use and consult a health care practitioner.
